Project description For this U-shaped (or half-turn) staircase project, we had as a base a solid wood structure built by a professional woodworker. Following customer requests, we opted for stainless steel balusters that had a more minimalist style, combined with stainless steel newel posts. In addition, we added glass panels on each side of the first flight of steps. These glass panels are held in place by two models of stainless steel glass clamps. The result is a staircase with a very refined look, but that remains an excellent example of contemporary style. Here are the components and accessories that were used for this project:
