Wood and forged steel staircase H 015
Get inspired by this superb wooden staircase with forged steel rungs for a classic and traditional look.
Project description For the construction of this residential quarter-turn staircase, first, we had a wooden base structure with newel posts and wooden stair handrails. For the balusters’ choice, we took into consideration the carpet used to cover the steps and chose a forged steel baluster which arabesque design recalls the floral pattern on the carpet. The end result is a staircase that combines several materials and textures, but perfectly represents the combination of classic and traditional style.
