Project description Sometimes the elegance and unique style of a staircase lies in the details. With the collaboration of Escalier du Fjord, we contributed to the project development and design of this splendid residential staircase. Since there was only a short measure of railing, the client wanted to create a sequence of balusters that would attract the eye, but that would combine well with the style sought for the staircase. So, with a solid wood step base, with wood newel posts and railing, the client chose three styles of stainless steel balusters, including two designs with glass inserts. The end result is a classic style straight wood staircase with a modern twist.
